Home / Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.
Fuzhou Tony Deco Manufacture Co., Ltd, No. 1 Guanzhuang Road, Ganzhe, Minhou County, Fuzhou, Fujian 350100, China, is the controller of personal data submitted through this website. Contact for privacy matters: sales@tonydeco.com.
When you use an inquiry or subscription form, we collect the details you choose to provide: name, business email, company, country or market, phone or WhatsApp number, product category of interest, estimated quantities and timing, and the content of your message. We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We use your information solely to review and respond to your inquiry, and to keep a record of business communications. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Your inquiry is transmitted through our website hosting and email infrastructure and may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf (for example, hosting and form-delivery providers). Because our operations are based in China and our service providers may operate in other regions, your information may be transferred internationally. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain a record of business communications, after which they are deleted or anonymized. If an inquiry develops into a business relationship, related records are kept according to the agreements governing that relationship.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to or restrict processing, and ask any other questions about this policy by writing to sales@tonydeco.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
This site sets one small browser storage entry to remember whether you have already seen our catalog notice, so it does not repeatedly interrupt you. No analytics or advertising cookies are set by this site.
If we change this policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
